When vpn is enabled, everything works perfectly. If I disable it, I'm lucky to get 80 Kb/s on a 4 Mbits/s connection with a lot of files. Besides that, Free Speech is not taken seriously in this country, and some Brazilian judges are more than happy to forbid national IPs to access sites like Youtube (http://www.slate.com/id/2157399/) and deleting any "illegal" content from Orkut I'm recommending Strong VPN for all my friends.
